How BP Pill Reminder handles your information
BP Pill Reminder ("the App") is a personal medicine reminder and tablet-stock tracking application. The App is designed to work without an account, login, or registration.
Information entered into the App, including your name, reminder schedule, tablet stock, and reminder history, is designed to be stored locally on your device.
1. Information You Enter
Depending on the features you use, BP Pill Reminder may allow you to enter the following information:
- Your name
- Number of medicine doses per day
- Medicine reminder times
- Current tablet stock
- Medicine-taking and reminder history
- Tablet stock update history
2. Local Storage
Information entered into BP Pill Reminder is stored locally on your device using local application storage.
Your information is designed to stay on your device.
The normal operation of the App does not require your medicine schedule, tablet stock, or reminder history to be uploaded to our servers.
3. No Account Required
BP Pill Reminder does not require you to create an account. We do not require a username, password, phone number, or email address to use the core features of the App.
4. Local Notifications
BP Pill Reminder uses local notifications to provide medicine reminders based on the schedule configured by you.
These reminders are generated on your device. Notification permission may be required depending on your device and operating system.
Notification delivery can be affected by device settings, notification permissions, battery-saving features, Do Not Disturb mode, operating-system restrictions, device shutdown, or other technical conditions.
5. Health and Medicine Information
The App may contain information entered by you relating to medicine schedules, tablet usage, and tablet stock.
BP Pill Reminder does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medicines, determine appropriate dosages, or provide medical advice.
Important medical notice
Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. Do not change, stop, or start medication based solely on this App.
6. No Medicine or Brand Promotion
BP Pill Reminder does not promote, recommend, endorse, advertise, or sell any particular medicine, pharmaceutical company, medicine brand, or healthcare product.
The App is intended only as a reminder and personal tracking utility for medicines that the user has already been instructed to take.
7. Tablet Stock Information
The App may calculate estimated remaining tablet stock based on information entered by you and your configured medicine schedule.
These calculations are provided for convenience and may not always represent your actual physical medicine supply.
You are responsible for checking your actual medicine supply and obtaining your medicine when necessary.
8. Third-Party Services
The core medicine reminder and tracking functionality of the App does not require an online account or third-party account.
Local reminders are generated on the device.
If future versions introduce third-party services, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or other external services, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe those services and their applicable data practices.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not intentionally collect or routinely share your medicine schedule, tablet stock, or medicine history with third parties through the normal operation of the App.
10. Data Deletion
Because the App stores information locally, you can remove locally stored application information using any data-reset or data-removal functionality provided by the App.
You can also delete application data through your device settings or uninstall the App.
Deleting application data or uninstalling the App may permanently remove your medicine history, reminder information, and tablet stock information.
11. Data Security
We design the App to minimize unnecessary collection and transmission of information.
However, no electronic storage system or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, including a device lock and other security controls.
12. Children's Privacy
BP Pill Reminder is not specifically directed at children. The App does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children through an account or registration system.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, its functionality, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices.
When changes are made, the updated version may be published on this page and, where appropriate, made available within the App.
